fairly miserable, What the F, spring w/ ladybug, virgo, I crap rainbows, spring, world's best mom, housework, awesome, crabby, kids chewed through their straps, i grow people, i'm not crazy i'm just pregnant, sun w/ shades, shhhh, big daisy, big blue flower, daisy, monkey, waiting for keira, daisies, i love spring, jackson, waiting for keira 2, girl in field, no place like home, momma's boy, fuck, pregnant pic, ice cream, flip flops, spatulas, i heart my bump, heart, purple flowers, swing, rainy day, poor me, baby wants chocolate, there's a pea in my pod
Jack successfully slept in his toddler bed all night! Hooray!!! He did wake up once but when I went in there he was still in his bed :O) I just told him to lay back down and sat next to the bed and gave him my thumb. He went back to sleep quickly and not another peep until 6:30. Yay!!
Hopefully this sticks....then we can actually move some of his toys up to his room and free up more space down here. That would be nice because in another 2 months...we 're going to need more baby stuff around. We'll especially need room for the bassinet, the bouncer and the swing. I'm 29 weeks today!!!

Yesterday I did some cutting for my mom during Jack's nap and then in the afternoon I had Lizzie and we played outside again. Jack had been asking to play outside all freakin day! We'll prolly go to my mom's this morning so I can do more cutting. She needs to make like 150 neckties by Monday! This afternoon we're thinking of going to The Eagle's Nest with Barb and Brooke. No, it's not a bar. It's an indoor play area for kids. We've never been there. Hopefully it's pretty cool and not too packed.

29 weeks! How exciting!

HORRAYYY FOR JACK!!!

I couldnt believe how easy Aiden was to transition into the toddler bed. It was like a month and a half before he turned two. I fully intended on leaving him in his crib until college. However, he decided to climb out one day. Soooo... I decided that it would be a good time to put him into the bed - our crib has the attached changer, adn I didnt want him climbing up there. He slept GREAT!!! At night anyways - I mean, naps were a lil tricky but it didnt take long! I hope Jack is as easy as Aiden was!!!

Jack never took the crib so his sleeping arrangements have always been kind of wonky :o) His crib turned into a toddler bed but we got this Dora bed from my Bro and SIL and decided to use that instead of mess with the crib....which he hated anyway. I'm so glad he doesn't have to sleep on a mountain of comforters on the floor anymore! We tried getting him to sleep in the Dora bed a few months back and he was NOT cool with it.
Naps haven't been a problem....it's bedtime that's been the issue....we'll see how tonight goes :o)

Good for Jack!!!!!!!! Woo hoo!! Big boy bed sleep!!!!!! Oh--and one word of advice. As tempting as it might be--don't lay down with him in his bed until he falls asleep. If you do, you will be stuck with that routine for a long time to come and then will be in a vicious cycle. One of my g/f's does that with her son every night and it is brutal...

He gets so excited now at nap time when I say "are you gonna go nap in your big boy bed?"....it's pretty cute.
Yea, I laid in it with him yesterday to get him to nap and initially last night....he was tossing and turning a bunch and I was getting super uncomfortable so eventually I just sat on the floor next to it and that worked fine. Thank god! I just now put him down for his nap and only sat on the floor next to it to read books and let him hold my thumb.
I wish we were at the point where he would just go to sleep on his own but we're not there yet. If I were to leave the room while he was still awake.....Meltdown City! But it's nice to know I don't have to lay with him anymore!!

Wow. Go Jack. I've been trying to get Audri to sleep in her big girl bed for ages. She just won't take to it.

WOW I can't believe you are 29 weeks already! It's going by so fast! Yay for Jack sleeping in his toddler bed. We are going to have to do that some time later this year or beginning next year.

Hey..quuestion, I noticed that you have the same Graco stroller we have for Tristan. Only when we bought it ..it was an emergency (a week before I gave birth) and the only store we had in BFE was Sears so we had to get that one after returning our initial travel system because it wasn't compatible to our car. Do you happen to know the type of Graco stroller it is? I can't find it anywhere and I'd like to know if it's still safe for next baby or not..or if we will have to look around for a new one. Okay whew..that's a long story/question..LOL
TIA!:)
