Still no contractions. She's waiting until I go to bed I think. She's been active today though so I'm not worried.

Jack's birthday party was fun. He loved seeing everyone and loved all his gifts. He didn't want any cake though! What a weirdo.

We had lots of fun at the zoo. We didn't take nearly as many pics as I thought we would. We were there for about 4 1/2 hours! I was really struggling walking to the car when it was time to leave. I was having some pretty serious BH contractions. They let up once we were in the car and I was off my feet.

Jack was talking about the animals first thing this morning when he woke up. He was telling Aunty Cathy about them yesterday afternoon too. He really liked seeing the meerkats so he got a stuffed meerkat right before we left. He passed out right as we were stopping in the gift shop on our way out so the timing was perfect. I showed him a meerkat and asked him if he wanted it and he opened his eyes, smiled, wrapped his arms around it and went back to sleep.

 I just watched the Finale of Project Runway. I'm not totally surprised at the winner. I liked the collection a lot. In the beginning...I didn't think this person would last and found them rather annoying but as the season went on I grew to like them more and I'm glad they won. 

My aunt Cathy and Nan are flying out to Seattle today to see Amy, Erik & Simon. I sent a duffle bag full of more boy clothes and threw in some baby toys and one of my slings. While I was downstairs grabbing the clothes out of totes....Jack was upstairs tossing picture frames over the gate at the bottom of the other stairs. He broke the glass in one of them :/ 

My niece Izzy has been mysteriously sick for a few years now and doctors haven't been able to figure out what's wrong with her. The went to some doctors in Sillwater several months ago for some tests but were JUST RECENTLY informed that they discovered she has lyme disease and they found it SEVERAL months ago. So all this time she hadn't been on medicine for it because the doctors neglected to share that information. So she's been on the medicine now for a few weeks and is still very sick. Jared's sister and brother-in-law needed to take her to Children's Hospital yesterday because she's that sick. Now after more tests they've discovered she DOES NOT have lyme disease. The lyme disease meds were making her sick. WTF???? What the hell Sillwater doctors??? Hopefully these doctors will have more answers and be able to give a more accurate diagnosis. 

We Tivo'd Elmo's Christmas Countdown last night. Jack and I were watching it this morning. Kevin James made a good Santa. I really liked the Bert and Ernie skit with the Sopranos dudes as Bert and Ernie. Bobby was Ernie and Paulie was Bert. Pretty funny.

We watched Amazing Race last night. I thought I read somewhere that this season had no non-elimination legs? Ah well. I can't believe TK and Rachel and their string of bad luck on this episode!!

We celebrated Christmas with Jared's side of the fam this Saturday. We went down to Jared's mom's at about 10:30. There had been lots of snow but fortunately the roads weren't too bad. Jack did pretty good considering our get together was right during his usually scheduled nap time. He got about a half hour nap on the way there and then napped on the way home too. He was pretty whiny at times but for the most part did good. I have lots of photos! We had fun and ate lots of yummy food.

That evening Rob and Brooke came over to hang out. Barb came too when she was done with work but that wasn't until really late. The next morning we hung out for a bit. The boys made us pregnant ladies go out in the bad weather to get McDonald's breakfast for everyone :P Just kidding...we offered to. They made the kids breakfast while we were out though.

Tonight we're celebrating with my family at my mom's. Tomorrow with my extended family.
