I was so tired all day yesterday. Not sure why. I got a 2 hour nap but still went to bed at 8! 

My OB appt went well. I only gained 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks so that makes 3 pounds total for the last month. That makes 27 pounds total for this pregnancy so far! Yippee!!

Taking Daisy to the vet went ok. She needed a rabies shot. She was so scared she peed and pooped on the floor! Hopefully she's ok at that groomer's this Saturday :/ 

At nap time Jack cried on and off for 15 minutes and then went to sleep! I went in to wake him up at 2 and he had napped on the floor :/ 

After nap time Jack, Brooke and I went on a bike ride with my mom. We were just going to go to Cup 'N Cone but we stopped at a couple of garage sales. One of them was at Lizzie and Charlotte's house. My mom got another buggy for behind the bikes so now we could cart around Jack, Brooke, Keira and Simon! The new one she got is a little smaller so it'd be perfect for the younger two. Jack would fit in the smaller one too but it was too cramped for Brooke. I saw a pretty cool fire truck bed but they wanted $100 for it. There's a neighborhood sale 2 blocks down starting today. We're going there later this morning. We biked by yesterday and saw some of them setting up and I spied a Tonka Truck! :P

Jack ate his whole baby cone this time! He did so good. I think Brooke needs to start having baby cones too. I usually get her a small and I think it's too much for her. I had a Snickers malt and it was GOOD! I also had to swing by City Hall to get tabs for the Vue. We didn't even bike that much but man.....my butt hurts this morning. 

Jack went to bed with pretty much no fuss for Jared last night. He said he cried but only for a minute. I don't recall hearing him wake up at all during the night.

Jack was randomly saying "I love you Mama" to me all day yesterday. He must have said it a google times. It was pretty cute :o)

I got the living room dusted and vacuumed and the bathroom cleaned and the laundry started and bathed Jack and showered myself and put clothes away all before Brooke got here at 9:30. I'm awesome :P I got a nap today too while they napped. It was awesome until my brother called and ruined it :P

Jack started singing a new version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star the other day and it's so funny. I have no idea where he got it. He says "tinko tinko tinko little star....I wonder what you are!" all matter of factly...not in the same tune as the original or anything. He's not even really singing. It's so goofy. I had to encourage him a bit but finally got a video of it while he was wrestling with Brooke.

I didn't even really take any pics at the zoo. My mom wanted one of her and the kids on this turtle so then I decided to get one too. That's it :/

Thursday I'll be watching Lizzie all day now in addition to Brooke and Jack! Busy 2 days for me. I told Jared I want to go to the Mall of America and walk around and go to Underwater World for Mother's Day. I think Jack would LOVE Underwater World. I like to walk around the mall too. Not really shop there. It's too expensive. Jack would prolly really like to see Lego Land too and maybe go to Nickelodeon world. Mother's day and I wanna do all this stuff that's moreso for Jack :P

 Well today started way too early. Jack woke up at 5 and I just kept putting him back in his bed and he just kept getting out. Jared tried getting him back to sleep for a bit too and it just wasn't happening. He went to bed easily and didn't wake up at all before 5 but still....I wanted to sleep a bit later than that. 

Sunday we ended up going for a very short bike ride. Jack did not want to ride in the buggy at first but once we got going he was fine. My mom wanted us to meet her friend Dawn and her little redhead. I forgot the name but Dawn was the only one home when we got there. She's pregnant too and due in like 2 weeks. She asked if I'd be interested in watching her baby this fall for a few hours in the mornings! I said possibly :o)

Then we went to Rosemary's birthday party. It was fun but we weren't dressed warm enough. I think the temp dropped 10 degress on our way there. Fortunately I packed pants and a long sleeved shirt for Jack. He looked pretty cute in his new sandals. At first he hated them and cried and just stood there and wouldn't even walk in them. But then I kept saying how cool they were and he got over it. He was even running in them before long. He took a couple of diggers at the park and scraped up his knee a bit but he was fine. He was pretty excited about the little wiener dog at the party. He had fun running around with Rosemary and her cousin Grayson. 

Sunday night he slept pretty bad. He went to bed easily but woke up at 1 I think. I was trying to get him back to sleep for close to an hour and but it wasn't working. He just kept sitting up in bed and crying. He didn't try to get out of bed but still.....I think maybe he didn't feel good. Jared spent about an hour and a half trying after I did. It was a long night. 

Yesterday morning my mom and I took Jack and Brooke to Como Zoo. It was a really nice day but kind of chilly in the wind. Jack and I both got sun but probably could have brought sweatshirts. I'm not really on the ball with dressing appropriately these last few days. I was really wanting Jack to ride the carousel but it's closed on Mondays for repairs I guess :( We walked around the zoo for like 3 hours! Jack really liked it. We haven't been to the zoo since last fall. I was telling him yesterday morning all the animals we were going to see that day and I'm sure he thought I was talking about in his books or something and not in real life :P Once we got there and saw a real live pink flamingo he was like "whoa!". The wolves were right up the fence pacing and howling. That was pretty cool. The tiger was pacing and kind of close to the fence too. He really liked seeing the monkey's and the gorillas and one even had a baby! It was really cute. I really want to take him to the Minnesota Zoo soon because they have a lot more animals. That would be a lot more walking though. We'll see. 

We got home about 2 and all napped until almost 4. Jack wasn't ready for bed last night until like 10. Today we'll be napping earlier since we got up so freakin early. Hopefully Brooke will be ok with that. 

Friday my Aunt Lisa and Uncle Gerry from Hibbing have a funeral to go to so I'll be watching my 4 cousins in addition to Jack, Brooke and Rosemary. I'm not sure how late they'll be here. I'll also have Lizzie and Charlotte in the afternoon! I'm not sure about their ages but I think my cousin Lucia is 8, Liv and Liisa are 5, and Leif is a few months younger than Jack. I think it'll be fun for Jack to have a boy over to play with. The older girls will be a big help so I'm not worried about handling that many kids. They're not coming over until about 10:30/11 so that'll be right when we have lunch and then Jack, Rosemary and Leif will nap. The other 4 will have a quiet time in the living room and maybe we'll have a movie for them. Once all the kids are up, I'm hoping we can be outside :o) 



 

Jared and his brother Chris were going to do the brakes on the Vue today but now I guess they're going to do it next weekend. So this morning I decided we needed to go to Old Navy =) I really wanted to take advantage of the 2 for $5 sale on flip flops and I'm pleased that they changed their design. Hopefully my feet will like the new model. I got 4 pairs and I was pretty annoyed that they didn't have more pairs in my size (amazon). They had like a google flip flops but I wear a 9 1/2 so I needed 10's and they had 10's in only a few colors :( Oh well, I got white, black, blue and grey. I wanted light blue or pink and I even had to get my black ones in mens! I could have just ordered them online I bet but I wanted em now! We got Jack some sandals on clearance for $4.99 too! He got a $3 shirt and Jared got 2 shirts too. So we got 5 pairs of shoes and 2 shirts for like $37. Awesome!

We didn't realize the mall doesn't open til like damn near noon on Sundays so we got there at 10:30 and only the big department stores were open. We let Jack play in the play area for a bit and then at 11 got an Orange Julius (as is cutom when going to the mall) and then went to Old Navy. 

We got home and Jack went right down for his nap! I laid him down and he didn't even try to get back up. He cried for like a minute and that was it. I even sat much further away while I waited for him to fall asleep. He couldn't even really see me because I was over by the door. Sweet!

We raked the yard while Jack napped. Fun times but now it looks much better. Jack's up now and is eating a late lunch and then he'll have a bath. At 4 we're going to Rosemary's birthday party. Jack and I are going to wear new shoes :o) My mom wants us to squeeze in a quick bike ride before we go. We'll see about that. 

Tomorrow I just have Brooke so my mom and I are going to take the kids to Como Zoo in the morning. I'm pretty excited. I hope it's nice out.

 

Well I feel somewhat better. My mom brought me some Benadryl this morning which made me VERY drowsy but gave me some relief. I was able to nap while the kids did so that was good. I decided to take them up to the park once Lizzie got here. They had fun. Jack attempted the wobbly bridge thing today and got the hang of it! He fell while crossing it once and got kind of scared. I was saying "I gotchu" while helping him up and then later, whenever he would stumble or almost fall, he would say "I gotchu". It was funny.  

I got 2 loads of laundry done today and just finished cleaning the kitchen floor and have dinner in the oven. I nominated Jared to give Jack his bath tonight though :o) I only have Jack and Brooke tomorrow so I'll save the vacuuming and bathroom cleaning for then. 

Thursday morning I have my 30 week appt! I'm anxious to see my weight gain in the last 2 weeks. I could weigh myself but I haven't been using our scale up to this point so it wouldn't be an accurate account of my weight gain. I had a giant DQ Blizzard that Jared got for me Friday night that was so big that I ate some of it Friday and the rest on Saturday. Other than that....I've had no malts! I haven't totally given up treats....but I cut out the malts. I haven't even really had much ice cream in the last 2 weeks. Some cookies and candy here and there but I can't just give up all my treats! :P 

Someone in my July 2008 community had her baby yesterday!!! That's pretty scary.

 We cut our walk short on Saturday. It was so cold and windy. It snowed yesterday too and it's supposed to snow today. None of it's accumulating but still annoying. How am I supposed to justify flip-flop shopping? :o) It's getting REALLY hard to tie my shoes though so I need it to be warm enough to wear flip flops soon! Fortunately my feet aren't swelling at all yet....I just can't reach them so good.

Yesterday we got some chores done around the house. I got Jack's room looking like an actual room now! He loves it. He's got toys and books up there and I moved his roadway rug and cars up there. He likes to play in there. Now there's plenty of room in the living room for the baby stuff we'll be dragging out in a few weeks.

I went and worked at my mom's for a few hours and finished cutting the last of the ties. Thank god! I wanted to fist fight those ties. They're very frustrating to cut out and have been a VERY stressful job for my mom. Hopefully she finished them all last night as dude was coming to get them today. Jack napped on her bed while we were downstairs working and when he woke up, he got off the bed, opened the door and stood at the top of the steps and said "Mama!". It was funny. I had a feeling he might do that as opposed to sit in her bed and cry. Her doorknob is pretty easy to turn. He really likes being a big boy now. He gets mad when I break up food into little pieces for him!

Starting today I'm watching Brooke every day, all day! Barb got a new job and starts today. Her hours are regular hours now and her mom's starting to work full time too so she'll be spending quite a bit more time here. Jack already asks "Brooke comin?" everyday :o)


We watched the Big Brother finale last night. I really hate the whole juror aspect. I could care less what those people have to say. You lost....just vote. I would have been happy had either of them won so it wasn't too exciting. Kind of interesting though considering Adam had Ryan do all the dirty work. 

We started watching The Alaskan Experiment....I think that's what it's called. It's pretty interesting. 4 different groups of people are dropped in Alaska and have to make their way a few miles to their cabin or tent and then spend the next 3 months there roughing it. The father/2 daughter team is going to fight A LOT! I can't believe those girls sat around eating all the limited rations (sp?) while he was out fishing....and then fought over boot placement!

Jack's new favorite show is Big Big World. I tivo'd it for him a while back and he wasn't interested but now he loves it. He asks for it every morning!

Jack successfully slept in his toddler bed all night! Hooray!!! He did wake up once but when I went in there he was still in his bed :O) I just told him to lay back down and sat next to the bed and gave him my thumb. He went back to sleep quickly and not another peep until 6:30. Yay!! 
Hopefully this sticks....then we can actually move some of his toys up to his room and free up more space down here. That would be nice because in another 2 months...we 're going to need more baby stuff around. We'll especially need room for the bassinet, the bouncer and the swing. I'm 29 weeks today!!!

Yesterday I did some cutting for my mom during Jack's nap and then in the afternoon I had Lizzie and we played outside again. Jack had been asking to play outside all freakin day! We'll prolly go to my mom's this morning so I can do more cutting. She needs to make like 150 neckties by Monday! This afternoon we're thinking of going to The Eagle's Nest with Barb and Brooke. No, it's not a bar. It's an indoor play area for kids. We've never been there. Hopefully it's pretty cool and not too packed.

I was putting him down for his nap today at my mom's cuz I worked there a bit this morning and he said "g'night, sleep tight" which is weird cuz we don't say "sleep tight" so I don't know where he got that.

After Pop's birthday breakfast at my mom's we went home and Jack and I napped while Jared scooped poop and tried to figure out what was wrong with the dryer. Looks like we're going dryer shopping tonight :/

I dried 2 loads of laundry at my mom's this morning while doing some cutting and pressing for her. Jack, Lizzie and I walked up to Podvin Park this afternoon for a bit. Then when Charlotte got here the kids played outside for a bit more.

 I'm 27 weeks 1 day. 90 days to go!

My fam is all heading to Chicago this morning for that wedding that we decided to pass on. 

I have some work to do this weekend for my mom. She got a huge necktie order so I'll be cutting some material for her.

I had to shovel this morning. How ridiculous is that?? It wasn't totally necessary but the steps were covered in slush and I didn't want Joel to slip coming up them with Rosemary. They'll be here in about an hour. I also have Lizzie and Charlotte this afternoon. No Brooke for a couple of weeks now as Barb took 2 weeks off. Then she went and got a new job so she got to turn in her 2 weeks yesterday!

Jack wouldn't go to bed for Jared night before last. He was just about asleep Jared said and then started crying and got all worked up. So last night we tried having both of us do it. Not doing that again. I think he was just too distracted having both of us in there and it was taking forever! Jared had to leave and then finally he went to sleep about 15 minutes later. 

Yesterday while I was in the shower Jack went and pulled one of his shirts out of the drawer and put in the kitchen garbage and shut the lid! Guess he doesn't like that shirt. 

 Friday we had a nice walk up to Cup N Cone. Jack enjoyed riding in the wagon with Lizzie. My mom came with us too. Charlotte ended up wanting to pull the wagon most of the way so that was fine by me :P 

Yesterday we ran a few errands. Went to Home Depot to get a new mailbox since my brother ran into ours this winter. It stood up throughout the winter but now that the snow is gone....well, I came home to it laying in the dirt the other day :/ Jared managed to jam it back in the dirt but it's pretty short and looks ridiculous. Then we finally got our butts to Petco to have our water tested so we can get some more fish and have them not just die off on us. Our water had something wrong and they gave us something to put in it to fix it. We're sposta bring some water in to get tested again in a week and then hopefully we can get more fish. After that we went to Walmart because that's the only place I've found socks that I like that fit my amazon feet. Then we had lunch at Red Robin and then went to Target for like and hour and a half long shopping extravaganza! We lolligagged (sp?) for quite a while but it was a Target we don't usually go to so we didn't know where everything was anyway. 

This morning we went to Cub and then this afternoon Jack and I went to Joann's to get some fun craft projects for the kids. I ended up getting a fun bead project. Then Jack and I went to the dollar store and I got some puzzles. I also got mine and Amy's old barbie's and clothes from my mom's and some embroidery thread for making bracelets. Jack's toys are fun for him and Brooke but I think Lizzie and Charlotte needed some more age appropriate toys. We got markers and colored pencils and some water color paints at Target so I think we're pretty well set now.  

We've been having malts pretty much daily. Today Cub had buy one get one cartons of strawberries. When we got home I figured I should make something with them because whenever Cub has buy one get ones....they're going to go bad in a day or 2. I got the idea to make strawberry julius' and they were GOOD!!!

Tomorrow I have Lizzie at 12:15 and Charlotte at 3:30. No Brooke until Tuesday.

Hooray! I finished Jared's pants and I even put a little tag in them so it's easy to tell which side is the back. Then I made a pair for Jack out of this teddy bear fabric leftover from the boppy cover my mom made. My mom thought I should make a pair out of that first to make sure they fit good before we cut the pirate one out. We knew they were going to be a little short since there wasn't that much material but we were mostly concerned about the fit...not the length. They turned out pretty cute. Just a little short. I tweeked the pattern a bit and cut out the pirate one and I'll make them tomorrow!! :O)

 Made a lot of progress yesterday on Jared's pirate pants. Turns out we didn't get enough fabric for Jack to have a pair too. My mom picked up more last night. I got the elastic in but didn't cut it yet so Jared could try them on and see how well they fit. They fit pretty good! We're going to my mom's again today to finish them and start on Jack's. 

I got Jack to nap at my mom's pretty easily! After we had lunch I told him "okay let's go read Grover in Nana's bed and then go ni ni". So we laid there and read Grover once and then I closed my eyes and pretended I was sleeping. He read a bit more and then held my thumb and went to sleep. He napped for 2 1/2 hours! I went in to wake him up so we could go home and he was sitting on the bed reading Grover :o) He looked like he had only been awake for a minute. Barb dropped Brooke off there and she even napped a bit too! Today I have Brooke again at 1:30, Lizzie at 2:15, and Charlotte at 3:30.

We had fun at my mom's yesterday. Jack looked cute as can be in his little polo shirt. The kids had fun hunting for eggs and then Jack was really excited opening them and finding lots of fruit snacks. He loves fruit snacks. He was so looking forward to seeing aunty Cathy. I told him in the morning all the people we were going to see that afternoon and then all day he was asking about aunty Cathy :o)

It's a good thing I got "Oh Hi! How's it goin?" on video cuz he won't say it anymore :( We tried getting him to say it yesterday and he wouldn't. Well, he did once we got home :P

I have Brooke in the afternoons this week Monday - Wednesday and Lizzie every afternoon except today and Charlotte just Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Next week I'll start watching Rosemary again but only on Fridays.

Thursday Jared has off and we're going to the Children's Museum in the morning and then meeting his mom for lunch for her birthday.

Jack's been off the teet for 5 days! It's going very well. Yesterday I got him to nap with me (I never fell asleep though :( I was almost asleep and then had to pee) no problem and the last few nights have been a piece of cake. He cries for about 30 seconds and then yawns and goes to sleep holding my thumb. Actually I think night before last he didn't even want my thumb or cry! Actually, 2 of the 5 nights he didn't cry at all at bedtime. Hooray!!

We watched 300 the other day. I thought it was much better than some of the other crap we've seen lately. We also tivo'd Hot Fuzz, Idiocracy, Smokin Aces (seen that), and Scent of a Woman. Neither of us have ever watched all of Scent of a Woman. I'm getting disc 4 of the series Taken probably today or tomorrow.

My mom's picking us up after she goes swimming so we can start on the pirate pants!

Yesterday I had Brooke at 10:00 and Lizzie at 2:15. I got the rest of the cupboards clean and today I just need to do the rest of the drawers and I'll be done. I also need to vacuum. I already got the rugs in the wash and the kitchen floor clean.

This morning Jack was already asking "where's Brooke? Where's Lizzie?" :P They'll both be here this afternoon along with Charlotte. I wonder how many times he'll ask for them next week. They're on spring break so they won't be here. I'll have Brooke 3 days and that's it.

I should be getting the next batch of photos any day now so I'll want to get them in albums right away. I may need to get a new album.

Got some cute pics last night of the kids playing in the spare room and Jack being a cuddle butt. Also a few of my mom in her prom dress. They had a prom day at her work (Joann's) last weekend so some people wore prom dresses.

 Yesterday it was so nice out! Brooke, Lizzie, Jack and I went for a walk with my mom and her friend Sandy. Lizzie and Brooke had worn pretty nice shoes so we had to be careful to avoid puddles. I told their parents to send them with boots and today we would splash in puddles!

Brooke and I are going to make cookies today. She's coming over at 10. Then I have to get a pot roast in the oven.

I have it on my list to clean the kitchen cupboards and drawers this weekend but I decided to start on them yesterday and I'll work on a few more today. We moved all of our CD's to the basement because we never listen to them. Now I find myself wanting to listen to certain discs. I knew that would happen. Guess I'll have to schlep down there and bring a couple up. 

My whole family has been harassing me to go to my 2nd cousin's wedding next month in Chicago. I don't want to go. Sitting in a car for 7+ hours at 6 1/2 months pregnant with a toddler does not sound appealing. That and the cost of gas, hotel room, outfits for Jack and I, food and misc, yada yada. That and I have kids Friday afternoon and Monday afternoon so I couldn't even make a long weekend of it (not that this is a big factor in why I don't want to go). Too much car ride for too little time there. Amy & Simon are going though and possibly Erik :( I'll see them in July though so that's ok. 

Jack says "love you" now!! It's the cutest thing ever. He said it the night before last to Jared before bed. Usually I change him and then say "ok go say g'night to daddy, give him a kiss and say love you" and he did!

He's getting so good at naming the people in the photos of the album he's been playing with all week. It's really cute. There's a few various pictures of us with him and we're sleeping and he'll say "mama nini's" or "daddy nini's". He calls Rosie by "Rosie" but he calls Jenks "Neow" (meow) and of course, calls Daisy "Daisy puppy". All the pics of himself he refers to as "baby" :o) My favorite though is Brooke.......he says "Brut" although he says that in person too.

My mom's bringing over some of Rob's old "Where's Waldo" books for Jack today. This kid can pick out the teeniest things in books/pictures if you ask him to so I've been wanting them. I want to get him some of those seek and find books where there's a list of a bunch of different things. We'll use these Waldo books in the meantime. 

Keira has been enjoying stomping on my bladder. My stomach has been itching A Lot. She must be growing a lot lately. My next appt is next Wednesday. I wonder when my next ultrasound will be......

 Jack and I went out to breakfast yesterday morning with my mom and Nan & Pop. We went to Keys and for the first time in forever, they didn't screw up my omelet. Hooray! Then we went to Target to get some storage totes. I want to organize the basement this weekend and get a lot of the crap out of the spare room. Yesterday I filled 2 of the totes with stuff from the spare room. I pulled Jack's potty out of the closet and he was playing with it and saying "potty" and sitting on it! So I'm going to get crackin on reading my potty training book and keep his potty in the bathroom. Jack napped briefly in the car on the way to Target  so that of course made him not be able to nap once we got home :/ 

In the afternoon I picked up Nan so we could go to the yarn shop and pick out yarn for the baby blanket she's making for Keira. Jack again fell asleep in the car and was so sleepy he didn't wake up at the yarn shop. He just slept on my shoulder. After we dropped Nan off we went to Joann's to see my mom and I needed some smaller stencils. 

When we got home I was pretty sleepy so I laid down and Jared fed Jack and made dinner. Jack has learned to say "too hot" and he says it all the time. Even when he's eating something cold :/ 

Brooke and Rosemary are coming over today. There's a possibility that this might be Rosemary's last day :( Her Grandma is anxious to start watching her again now that she's recovered. 

Kim is also bringing her daughters over this afternoon (the girls I'm going to start watching next week) so we can meet. 

Jack's new favorite tv shows are Handy Manny and Bob the Builder. He sings the theme songs all the time. It's pretty cute. 

Our microwave went to shit yesterday. Fortunately my mom and Warren had a spare in their garage. It's brand new and it's huge!

Brookester has a case of pink-eye and has only been on meds since yesterday morning so I didn't really want to risk Jack getting it by having her come over this afternoon. My mom rearranged her schedule and is watching her instead.

Since Jared was off today, Jack and I took advantage of having a vehicle and went to the mall. I let him play in the play area but only briefly. There were TONS of kids and very few of them were being watched very well. Kids getting pushed down the slide and what not. That and a few stunk of poop and some had hacking coughs!! NICE! So we moved on to the little individual rides that cost 75 cents and Jack was super excited to ride a Bob The Builder ride. After that I Purell'd his hands and we moved on. I found him a cute hat and a couple of shirts on clearance at Old Navy. I was hoping to find some cute girl stuff there because they always have tons of girl stuff on clearance and no boy stuff! Not the case today. So I got him 2 shirts for $3 a piece and an Irish themed hat for $5 that he loved and cried when I took off his head! It's cute cuz it says Little Hooligan's Club.

We cruised around some more and I didn't really find too many cute baby girl outfits that I absolutely loved. Which is a good thing cuz we really don't need to buy any. Rob and Barb have a ton of baby girl stuff for us. I did find one cute little combo that I decided to get. It's 2 onesies and some matching pants. No more shopping! Until garage sale season starts that is :P I also got myself a strawberry Julius and it was delicious!

Jack is better at playing catch than me! We got 2 real short videos of it. I can't believe how often he catches the ball when we play catch! Kid's only 19 1/2 months!! We tossed the ball back and forth like 6 times without it hitting the ground! We only managed a string of 3 in the video I think.

We're watching The Good Shepard tonight. Jack will probably be going to bed early as he napped for like 3 minutes this morning on the way to the chiro and then refused to nap at home then got about a 20 minute nap in the car on the way to the mall. I took the long way so he could keep napping and because I was talking to Amy :o)

We both managed a 2 1/2 hour nap yesterday and it was awesome! I felt much better after that. I had the worst headache all day but at least the nausea and weak feeling was gone towards the afternoon.

Jack's been on a "that's Daddy's" kick. Everything in the house is Daddy's I guess. The only thing he recognizes as being Mama's is my pink contact case :/ He either says "that's mine" or "that's Daddy's" to everything else.

I guess I shook up the baby pretty good with my puking this morning. Baby was kicking up a storm at the doc and the heartrate jumped up to 160! Usually it's in the 145-150 range. Sorry baby! 
I was a little concerned about my weight gain this time around. I feel like I've gained 25 pounds in the last 5 months but it's only 9 so I guess I'm doing good :P
2 more days until the ultrasound!!! :o)

Jack had fun with his Nana while I was gone.

 We didn't end up going anywhere yesterday after Jack's doc appt. My mom's back was spasming so she made a PT appt. 
Jack's appt went well. He's in perfect health and we don't have to go back until he's 2 1/2!!
I think his shots had an affect on  him though. He didn't have much of an appetite when he woke up from his nap and then when he was sitting on the couch next to me.....he up and threw up all over me and the couch :/ He was fine after that. It was weird. His shots have never affected him like that. Fortunately he doesn't have anymore to get. 
Today we have Rosemary coming over and Brooke is coming this afternoon. 
We watched The L Word last night. I can't wait to find out what the deal is with Jenny's looney assistant. Maybe she'll go wacko and kill Jenny! :o)

 No Brooke today. Barb's mom is home today so Brooke wanted to stay home. 
Jack has a doc appt this morning to get her ears re-checked and have his 18 month appt even though he's 19 1/2 months. 
I called my mom to see if she wants to do something fun after the appt like go to the Conservatory and she said that would be fun but she'll let me know after the appt. She talked to Mary Alice who also wanted to do something fun today because she has Rosemary. So Jack might get to hang out with Rosemary today! We'll see. 
Jack and I took a nice 2 hour long nap yesterday. It was awesome. I got plenty of sleep the night before but was feeling so sleepy. After my nap I scrubbed the kitchen floor. It needed it BAD! 
Amy & Erik & Simon are probably coming a few weeks after the baby is born! Yippeeee!!! :o)
Jack let me touch up his lopsided hair cut just now. I think it looks much better but still isn't perfect. Oh well. It'll be less noticeable when it grows a little. 

He's got a blue mouth from the fruit snacks I had to bribe him with to let me cut his hair.


We watched the finale of American Gladiators last night. I knew those 2 would win. They were savages. We also watched Big Brother. That Jen is such a spaz. She's making lots of enemies real fast.I really don't like Allison. She was making such a huge deal out of having to keep their secret and being bullied into playing the game a certain way. What a load of crap! All she had to do was keep her mouth shut....that's it. Noone was making her play the game a certain way or anything ridiculous like that. And the whole fake lesbian story she started with that other lady?!?!?! What's the point??
