You know what's really stupid about communities? If someone posts a question and someone comments with an answer....if it's the correct answer....why do 68 google more people have to comment with that same answer?? Why bother if they've already been given the correct answer? Unless you're contributing more info that hasn't already been given to the OP....you're wasting your time and the OP's. I don't get it. Unless you're commenting to add info or to say no, the 1st commenter's answer is wrong......then move along. I can't stand seeing posts that have 55 comments and they all give the OP the same answer. Are ya kiddin me? Do you think she has all day to read the same comments over and over??
I seriously wish NBC would climb back out of Phelps butt. Good god. I bet the other Americans on his team wish he'd just go away already :P
I'm ready to give our pets away. Daisy drives me insane. She barks too much. I keep busting her in the trash. And she's always where I don't want her to be. Plus her butt REEKS of fish. It's the raunchiest thing in the world. I guess it's normal. It's her anal glands or some shit like that but it's FOUL. I want her to move outside. I'm sick of her sloppy wet yap dribbling water all over the kitchen floor. Then she walks through it and the dirt on her feet turns to mud and she leaves mud prints all over the floor. Cuz I love washing the floor!! She also has to be told way too many times to go lay down before she does it. Then she only does it for like a second and then gets back up. ARGH!!!
Rosie has peed and puked in far too many places. Night before last she puked on 1/2 of our bedroom. ARE YA KIDDIN ME CAT??? You can't just sit in one spot and stay there til you're done puking?? God forbid you puke on a hard floor that can be easily wiped up. We had to get rid of a chair on the porch this weekend because SOMEONE keeps leaving her on the porch over night and she peed on the chair. This morning I found a rug out there that was peed on last night. After I made sure she was in for the night....SOMEONE let her back out and then forgot her out there ;) She seems to think this is her house and she's letting us stay here. If you cross her path...she will swing at you!! She's normally very mellow but if she's in a mood and you get too close she bats at you. She even bats at things that are stationary....like the mircrowave.
Jenks.....he's just plain obnoxious. He's constantly gotta be where he's not supposed to. In the bassinet, on the changing table, on the fish tank, on Jack's bed, on the kitchen counter, on the bathroom counter when you're trying to brush your teeth....etc. He's the biggest pest of the 3 of them. He yells at us in the morning to get up and put food in his food dish that ISN'T EMPTY. This morning he was up on this shelf in our closet batting at hangers. He's always starting fights with Rosie. Chewing on things he shouldn't.
They all shed way too much too!!
I'm getting rid of them all. The fish can stay.....if they continue to be low maintenance.
I'll be doing a separate more positive post later ;)

My mom and Warren just came over for lunch. We had leftover reubens. They were good :o)
Now the kids are napping so I'm going to try to too.

We had fun at my mom's last night. Rob, Barb, Brooke, Nan, Pop and my aunt Cathy were there too. I have lots and lots of photos from last night and this morning.

Jack's too sick to sleep :( So noone got any sleep last night. His coughing caused him to throw up in our bed too. I called in his albuterol prescription this morning. My mom came down and watched him so I could go pick it up. He's been wheezing pretty bad. Hopefully now he can get some rest. He's pretty exhausted. I don't forsee a nap in my future today as I'm all jacked up on coffee now. If there's no improvement by tomorrow I'll call the doc. Prolly should find someone to cover my shift on Friday too. We'll see. Might just have my mom watch him.
In other news, Rosie's been pissing in the laundry baskets again. Oy. Nothing like washing things repeatedly to get cat piss stank out of them.

My my my.....Jared takes a week off and I immediately fill those days with appointments.
Monday: eye appt, cleaning job
Wednesday: dentist appt
Thursday: Jack's photo appt
Plus, Jared's going to work from home tomorrow. I was going to check Jack in to the daycare at the Y while I fill out my new employee paperwork. Then go swimming with my mom and Brooke after. Now, I think it's best he stay home since he's captain sicky. Then he can get a good long nap in before his chiro appt. Upon recommendation by
katielovesjoel , I decided to make a chiro appt for Jack. Every time he gets sick it's like every possible thing that could ail him....does. Snotty nose, cough, wheezing, sore throat (I'm assuming). He can barely get any sleep because of his nose and his coughing. The neb treatments don't seem to help much either. So, I'm willing to give the chiro a try. Hopefully a little adjustment will be just what he needs to fight this.
We'll see if we end up going to the Washington County Fair this weekend......
Is 8 too young for a cat to have alzheimers? Our cat Rosie has started to pee on things in the basement.....like if any clothing or towels or rugs or anything is left on the floor down there....she pees on it....at least I'm assuming it's her. She's the skittish one of the 2. If we have laundry down there, it has to be covered :/
Jack had a sliver in his knee the other day.....from get this....a cat hair!?!?!? I couldn't even get it out until he soaked in the tub. How peculiar is that?

The Fuzzoli's sure like Jack. And he likes them too. Anytime one of them crosses his path he reaches out for them and smiles really big. Well, Rosie doesn't usually come too close but Daisy (aka monkey, aka monkey bone, aka munks, aka daizers, aka daisy pupper dogs, aka puppers, aka corn nuts, aka daizer daizer daizer, aka stinky feets) and Gossimer (aka gossimer jenkins, aka gossimo jenko, aka gossimo, aka mr. mo, aka jenks, aka jenky) are usually all up in his business. Yea, for some reason we gave our cats last names. Rosarita Sanderson and Gossimer Jenkins. Anywho, they get pretty uptight whenever Jack is crying. They pace around and act like "Hey, get that kid to stop crying!". When Jack was small enough that we still bathed him in the kitchen sink, the first few times he would cry (mostly cuz we hadn't figured out yet that we should fill the sink with water, not just hose him off. We didn't know. We were imitating what they did in the hospital.) and Gossimer would get so upset that we didn't calm him fast enough. He once bit me on the arm during Jack's bath! He was lookin out for his future best bud. The first few weeks after we got home from the hospital were pretty funny. Every time Daisy would come in from being outside she would run right to where ever Jack was and make sure he was alright/still there. It was really cute. I think a few times she almost wagged her tail right off.
